The majority of our orders are shipped with various carriers. Sometimes we use other carriers to deliver specific orders or to ease the load on the main carriers to meet our delivery promises.

The expected delivery time is always shown on the product page. Most products that we have in stock are shipped the same day. The evening before delivery, you will receive tracking information with a time window for the delivery. Important to know: the drivers of our chosen carriers deliver the products to the front door on the ground floor.

Also, for larger products such as granite sinks, large fragile sinks, cabinets, etc., you will receive a tracking code in the evening. These products are not delivered to the neighbors and a signature is required, so someone must be home to receive the product. Note: these large products are not delivered on Saturdays!

If the delivery of a large product fails on the first attempt, the carrier will contact you via email or SMS to send you a schedule so you can choose a time when you will be home.

Delivery surcharges of €30 to €100 apply for shipments to islands, due to additional logistical costs such as water transport and limited accessibility, and there are surcharges for pallet shipments for transporting fragile and heavier products.

✅ Regular Cleaning: Clean with mild dish soap and a soft cloth or sponge, rinse and dry

✅ Limescale Removal: Use a vinegar-based or lemon juice cleaner. The harder your water, the more often.

✅ Metal Marks: Remove grey or black marks from pots and pans with a ceramic hob cleaner

✅ Rinse Thoroughly: Always rinse after every clean to avoid residue buildup

❗ Heavy Impact: Don't drop heavy objects. Ceramic is hard but brittle and can chip or crack.

❗ Abrasive Scrubbers: Avoid rough pads that can wear down the glaze over time.

❗ Metal Utensils: Don't leave forks, knives, or cast iron sitting on the surface for long periods.

❗ Extreme Temperature Changes: Avoid pouring boiling water onto a cold surface. Sudden changes can cause cracking.

All our sinks are supplied as standard with the following parts:

Basket plug set
Overflow set
Drain plug

A siphon must always be ordered separately.

If you are looking for a single surface-mounted sink or surface-mounted or slim-top sink, then you have come to the right place. We supply all different sizes of surface-mounted and flush-mounted sinks for the kitchen. A surface-mounted and flush-mounted sink is mounted on the worktop so that the sink rests on the worktop. The surface-mounted and flush-mounted sink is screwed under the sink with clamps that are supplied with the sink. The most common material for a flush-mounted or flush-mounted sink in the kitchen is a stainless steel or stainless steel sink. We supply all A-brands including Franke, Blanco, Reginox sinks.

Construction

Sinks are mounted on the worktop. The edge of the sink unit rests on the worktop. A surface-mounted sink unit is generally used on plastic worktops with chipboard as carrier material. Reginox has an extensive program of high-quality surface-mounted sinks. A closable band is placed under the flange of the surface-mounted sink unit, so that no water enters under the flange of the surface-mounted sink unit and the water falls into the kitchen cupboard.
